Default 4l80e yoke, stick u joint nylon injected, what do I do?

I'm trying to install my 4l80e yoke onto my stock driveshaft and my driveshaft has the nylon Injected snap ring style u joints

How do I get around this? I know how to get the out but what do I do as far as the type of u joint to replace a nylon injected with?

replacement joints have "inside clips" they clip on the under side of the yoke on the bottom of the bearing caps.

Lightly heat the joint with a torch. When the nylon starts to ooze out wack tit with a hammer and you are home free. (steel driveshaft) Aluminum recommend press but it can be done with a vice and a BMFH.

thanks man! it was the funnest time I have ever had changing out a U-joint. I got to play with fire and see the nylon ooze and form a long string, then I got to hit it. Beats the hell out of using a press with sockets

Never dreamed it had to be melted out, but pretty cool to watch it all ooze out.
