I've got my desired shift time set to 0.200. I've read stuff on here, and from GM engineers, that anything less is detrimental. I don't know if there's any truth or not to this, but this has worked well for me. Now I just need some better tires because I can't keep the rear end straight on the shift, hits firm and quick. 0% TM without a question.

thanks to you both i think hypertech tuners run .2 and i ran 124000 miles on that im running 0 now to elimanate torque management, but keep in mind im running at 6500 ft elevation in wyoming and thats at least a 20% loss in power

Ive had 0 shift times and 0 TM. With a HD2 shift kit.
No problems yet and shifts perfect. Not harsh enough to break the tires loose tho.

Mine doesn't break the tires loose going to second either. It is suggested to.not go crazy on the pressures if you have a shift kit. Do you have a shift kit? Post your tune.

There are mixed reports on desired shift time tables. some claim it could cause overlap issues and shorten the life of the trans. others claim it only disables adaptive pressure tables. I personally ran mine at 0. but leave them in the 2 range for others unless they dont want adaptive line...
