I was jw what kinda fluid you all were running in yours? im getting one with 130k on it should be here tomorrow i was thinking of changing the fluid and possably adding some additive to it? any suggestions ?

I just put one with 180thou on it and used advance auto dex 6 and add some Lucas trans additive to it then let it roll.

Muilt import transmax is the best. Already has additive in it for you..!

also had a quick question, the t-case came with the tranny. belive its a 2000 as well. i got a buddy that has a 05 front and rear drive shaft do you all think it will work in my truck? the truck was a single cab 2500 hd with a 6.0 and a 4l80e. i know the rear may not line up but would the front maybe work? my trucks a 04 ext cab..

i dont know jack about this stuff im learning as i go thanks for the help AK

i just took my current drive shaft, and it went into the transfercase that the dude sent with the tranny. im thinking it could be the same kind of transfer case but with the new shaft already installed into it?
