Default 4l80e

i picked up a 03 6.0 to put in my 96 ecsb a couple weeks ago and i found a 97 4l80e for cheap and was wondering if there's going to be any problems with the electronics when i hook it up to the 03 computer or if i'm going to need some special torque converter to hook up to the 6.0
