Default 4L65E questions

With my future mods I expect to be pushing 360-375 hp and torque from a N/A 5.3 (optomistically). I know that my stock 60E won't last too long with that.

I'll be running a 3000 stall converter, no TM, a real limited slip or locking diff (No more G80), and 4.10s.

Would a stock 4L65E from a SS, Denali, etc. with a shift kit and servos handle this reliably? I know that the tailshaft would have to be changed out to a 2WD version.

My other option is a FLT Level 4 which I know will be a great product with great service, but the price is about double (+ core) for what I can get a good low milage 65E. Plus I could proabably sell my 60 to recover more cost.
