How hot are you running? I like to keep it below engine temp around 200* or lower.

AWESOME! I've seen it hit 215 before the very last rebuild. Since then, it's been ~200 degF. I logged some runs yesterday (after finally correcting the TCC wiring) and it's been consistently @ 185 degF under load. I've gotten some opinions regarding temps being about 185-ish up to 200-ish in heavy heat.

I would be testing the new trans functions, hoping for better than 18mpg fuel economy, but discovered that a slight problem with the 105amp alternator only boosting voltage from 12.46V to 13.36V. Went to drive to work this morning with headlights and wipers on. Had the TCC enable code pop up on me. Cleared it with HPT, kept on going w/o issue. Got two miles farther down the interstate, and turned on my radio. Two seconds after I did that, the trans shifted into 3rd, and ALL of the trans solenoid codes popped up. I turned off the radio b/c the audio started cutting on and off as if there wasn't enough supply voltage (suspected last week when that happened), then diverted my attention to the laptop. Cleared the codes, and took the next exit to get back home. The entire way back home, I had no issues at all. I'll have to log the voltage levels when I get home to see if I can reproduce that issue. I wanted to upgrade alternators anyway.

Anyhow... it seemed wierd yesterday evening b/c right before the TCC lockup started functioning (10 miles into my test drive without working after the rewiring), the rpms shot up to 3500-ish @ ~50mph. I pulled into a parking lot and noticed fluid dripping from the top of the trans. Nothing seemed physically broken, but this seemed wierd that it started spewing fluid. I sent a TM to a buddy's cell phone asking him to stand-by in case I needed a tow, but the problem never resurfaced the whole way home. In fact, I got home, then went back out to log some runs, and all was fine (until this morning).

OK... I've rambled enough. Ya'll can comment now.
