Default 4l60e to 4l80e

I know its been covered a hundred times but I cant seem to find my exact situation.
I've got a 1995 G3500 that had a 6.5 diesel with a 4l80e behind it. The engine blew and I've bought a 1995 g20 5.7 gas engine and harness. I've pulled the old harness loose and I'm comparing it to the new one. It looks like the G20 had a 4l60e behind it. The two-speed sensor wire connections on the drivers side of the 4l80e do not exist in the new harness. I've seen where I can repin the new harness to fit the 4l80e and retune the pcm. But the repinning only creates 1 new speed sensor connection.
All that being said if the 4l80e has 2 speed sensor connections and the new harness has zero. When I add the new speed sensor connection what do I connect to the second connection on the 4l80e?
computers (old 16196390) new 16197427.
