4L60e 2WD removal with pics

I already have that link saved, but thanks! I also have the ATSG manuals, and there are a few good youtube videos. I should be all set.
its a So Cal truck, never washed underneath.
I could honestly do it in 2-2.5 hours If I didnt screw around. With stopping and taking pictures and writing down the steps it was about 3.5 hours. It took forever cause I didnt have a helper. this is the 3rd time so it gets quicker every time
if you drain it first it takes a bit longer but you end up without fluid on the floor.

I know you had another posting, but I am curious where you got all of your parts at and what parts you are adding? Also curious how it all works out in the end... Nice pics and a clean truck also.

Sorry I havent been around in a while. Im stuck for now, no income, trying to keep the bills paid. in another month or two I should be busy again and I can get the parts.
I got the parts from various vendors. PATC, PRObuilt, GM,
with taking pics by myself, it took like 2.5 hours. I stopped a lot to organize parts, bolts etc. Last time I threw everything in one pile and it took me a while to remember what went where.

Take your time, dude... Been down the road you're on a few times. About to undergo a 60e rebuild on my '95 Imp SS. Sorry, but my parts are already ordered, and sitting in my garage waiting on me to find time to build it.

Holy mother of being broke. Truck is still on jackstands, but I have some money finally. **** pops up at the worst time.
anyway, I dont have pics at the moment, but I found a black, crispy, stinky 3-4 clutch. the reverse input drum also has hot spots on it and I dont need a straight edge, I can feel the low spots.
gotta send the Yank in for a rebuild, the PCM needs to get a new tune, and I needa rebuild kit with bushings/bearings/orings and I should be all set.
should be coming together soon.
