Are you asking about the tail shaft bushing? You can get yourself a bushing and bearing driver like this one :
ATP Bush Bearing and Seal Driver Set 52pc https://a.co/d/39UYobm

You can knock out the old one with a stout flathead screwdriver if you are careful, but you need that driver to install it correctly

Alachevy talked about one that also removes the bushing without removing the ext housing
