Well my tire size is about 30's so wat would be good to lock my converter quicker

you are talking about lock up at full throttle right? you change that in the tune, not the gears.

Are you rocking the stock converter or a triple disk? I think you're looking for problems if you lock the stock coverter (or a single disk for that matter) at WOT, but I'm not an expert. Maybe someone will chime in.

As for the gears, 4.11 gets my vote with your tire size combo.
