the difference between 3.73 and 4.1 is ~10% so you can understand.

the difference between 4.10s and 4.11s is the manufacturer of the gears and their tolernaces. you wont find one manufacturer that offers both 4.10 AND 4.11 gear ratios

Same difference. If you wanna feel better about yourself get the 4.11 but you won't feel or see any differance.

There is no difference.
The ring gear has 41 teeth and the pinion has 10. 41/10=4.10

It would be mathematically possible to achieve 4.11:1 with 9 teeth on the pinion and 37 on the ring gear, but GM does not use that configuration.

I remember reading that the gear was a 4.1XX. Somewhere between a 4.10 and 4.11 and manufactuers either round up or down just to make it easier. The gears are the same.

Just like if something in $19.99 or $20.01. Either way, you say it was 20 bucks.
