I've got 3.90's with all the mods and drive 60 miles a day comined highway/city, actually about 40 highway and 20 city a day, and get about 19 mpg @ 75mph.

4.10's Just get larger tires for the highway and run smaller tires at the track. By putting a larger tire on for highway you can effectively decrease the gears to a 3.73.

That's about a 28 inch tire. so with 4.10 gears you'll be turning ~2600 rpms at 75mph. If you go with a 3.73 you'll be turning ~2350 rpms at 75mph. With your current 3.42, you should be turning 2155 rpms at 75mph. This shows that with 3.73 gears you'll get 9% worse gas mileage and with 4.10 gears you'll get 21% worse gas mileage.

I got the 410s today. am i going to need to upgrade anything? The only modes I have are efans, tb spacer, cold intake, edlebrock shorties, dual exhaust, xpipe, 1 chamber flows, no cats , vette servo, tx speed tune. are the gears going to be over powering for my current set up? I dont plan to much more modding I was thinking about a converter at the end of the summer and thats it. and I want to be running a mid to high 13. thanks Gene
