I believe it's AAM P/N 26066706, but check to make sure.

AAM makes the OEM gears, correct? I searched for that part number on a non-sponsor site (that I will never again buy from, but it's good for PN's) and it did not match with any GM numbers.

Yes, AAM is the supplier for OEM GM parts. I am 95% sure that is the correct number. If you call Randy's Ring and Pinion they should be able to confirm.

They will be around $190-$215 for the set. More expensive than Yukon, or Motive, etc, but worth it in my opinion. If someone is offering them for $140-$170 I would stay away, because the that is right around the supplier's price, so they will probably be selling you non-OEM gears.

I have a 3.73 in my ecsb (factory). When it was completely stock, I would get 17 in town (if I drive it easy) and 20 on the hwy. The 20 is driving 70-80. Not trying to get optimal mileage. My friends with almost identical trucks (except 3.42) get about 22-23 on the hwy (Trying to drive for economy). Not sure what mph they were going though.

If your concerned with highway gas milage and want more intown zip... just get a 3500 stall or so, and itll lock up on the highway and be like stock.
