Default 2006 4wd to 2wd 4l60e

What is involved in making a 4wd 60e into a 2wd? Tailshaft and housing? I habe hear just a housing? I habe efi live if tuning needs changed. Thanks

You need to change the rear output shaft and the Tail housing.

You have to disassemble the entire trans to change that shaft.

Yea that is a pain. Waiting till tomorrow to see what tranny guy will charge. Seems like every 60 around here is 4wd.
