Default 2005 Sierra- V6 to V8 motor mount issue

Ran into a hell of a snag.. Went to install motor and noticed that the frame mounts that came off a v8 Silverado will not mount to the sierras frame. Notice the right hand side, the two mount holes are a lot further apart than the left side. The other picture is of the frame mounts we got that were supposed to be for a V8..

Anyone know if we have the wrong frame mounts? Or what is going on?

Have you compared frame mounts through GM?

Think they sold you two passenger side motor mounts. Going back to other pictures I have of different v8 trucks they all have that spaced out driver side mount.

It's possible those are from a torsion bar frame and you need them from a coil spring frame. The frames are different in the front as well as the mounts.

I literally just did an engine swap on a torsion bar frame Sunday. I recognize those mounts...
