my truck feels like a dog ever since I did this yesterday... I thought at first that maybe its just the feeling is different in the acceleration since there's not so much squatting going on, but it just feels like its not moving as hard as before. Could it have anything to do with the rear end being below the center line of the transmission now so the driveshaft is going down hill?

also, would you guys suggest throwing a new shock in the rear? I wanted to stick with stockers back there for the time being, but its a pretty rough ride right now with the front still at stock height for now...

yea, I drove it around some today, I think you guys are right, its just that it feels different (less like a real quick school bus) and I wasn't use to it. On another note, finally got the exhaust done, now it sounds as good as it looks! can't wait to get the headers and ory on it to go with the catback...

Did you have enough threads on the u bolts or did you have to use washers/spacers?? I'm taking my blocks out tomorrow. I already have the 2'' drop shackles. Does your truck sit level now or a little lower in the back??
