Default 2/4 drop looks way off

I have a 2/4 setup currently on my truck , the front is way lower then the back by like 1.5-2" .is their anyway I lower the back at least 0.75" or something , don't want to flip kit . Or does anyone know how long it takes to remove the overload springs? let me know asap , I need to do this by the end of next week , thanks .

You can clamp the overload. Also how close to the bump stops are you? I am guessing this is a hanger and shackle setup?
