oh and thanks for the help cree

and c notch that is where you cut the bed right??

sorry guys im not familiar with trucks i usually stick with f bods.
but i got a silverado bout a year and ahalf ago did the basics billet grill cleared headlights tint windows and leveled it
jsut recently i got a ss bumper cover and roll pan and decided after that it needs a drop but i dont want 4/6 low although i loke the look i want fuctionality and where i live a 4/6 wont be i have a hard enough time with my car so i would like to be able to take the truck and relax when i drive and not worry about taking my bumper cover off pulling into work.

here's me on a 2/4 with 18's and extendocab's truck on a 4/6... mine sits somewhere in the middle of these now... I dont have recent pics.

I have pulled an enclosed trailer with a 3400lb car and all the race gear in it before... down the bumpy *** interstate and I had no problems (with air shocks) I only bottomed out a handful of times... not bad IMO...

you dont have to knotch the frame for a 2/4 drop. i have had a 2/4 drop on my truck for about 2 years and haul my 68camaro to the track with it with no prob. all you have to do is buy a set of helper bags to put on the rear so when you tow all you have to do is air the rear up a little. works great on my truck. If you are interested i am about to get my truck baged next month and i am going to have a complete 2/4 drop and a set of helper bags for sell. the drop is a McGaudy 2/4 kit the spindles hangers and shackles. let me know if you will be interested. if you want to see how my truck sits there is a pic of it on show truck scene.com at the midnight fantices car show in lake charles LA. it is a extended cab gmc that is blue and silver with an orange stripe in the middle.
