Low LQ4, that looks awesome....but a Tahoe it ain't. There is MUCH less inner clearance against the rear suspension on the SUV. It will be very tight getting a 10" rim to fit unless you have a pretty aggressive offset spec...which means the wheel & tire will stick out quite a bit...which in turn means you're looking at pretty nasty rub&scrub against the fender whenever you hit a bump.
This is just a guess, but with a 5" rear drop and a 10" wheel, I'd say you'll need an offset spec no greater than +15mm. Compared to stock wheels, that spec would position the wheel outward by nearly 1.5". Whether or not you like that look, you're looking at trouble with scrub.
Obviously, tire size factors in a bit too, but you'd have to be very careful with the section width...you wouldn't want to go much past the width of the wheel. FWIW I ran a 3" rear drop on my '03. With 9.5" wheels @ +25mm, I nearly obliterated the fender liners whenever hitting bumps during turns. I could only guess at the difficulty of an extended fitment against a 5" drop....best of luck.
