14 bolt c-clip eliminators
#12
With the proper axles I don't thing the 10 bolt is as weak as people make it out to be, so you should be fine with the 9.5.
From experience I broke both stock rear axles in a 1984 silverado with a 383 stroker motor doing something stupid. Probably would not have broke them if I didn't do what I did, but after that I upgraded to some superior bullet proof axles I never had a problem. The truck was my off-road toy with a 400+hp 383 and 35in mud tires. I also had a detroit locker in the rear and it survived braking the rear axles. Of course the axles in that truck where the 28 spline ones which are weaker than the 31 splines used today.

You don't need c clip eliminators.... Just put a good centersection in which would get rid of the shitty G80, which is most likely the reason you destroyed the 10 bolt to begin with.
I would be more concerned with the 4L60 than the rear

No, they do not make c-clip eliminators for the 14 bolt 9.5 SF rear end. You would have to put a different housing end like a Ford on there. The problem with that is you will need new axles to work with the new bearings. The od is a few thousands smaller on the 14 bolt 9.5 axle shafts and the shafts will be lose in the bearing creating all sorts of problems

The only 14 bolt 9.5 axles I ever heard of breaking was people going off roading on trials like for rock crawling and creating all sorts of twisting loads on the axle, but to this day I have never seen a broken one in person. All Hear say

good question not 100% but it should. all your doing is taking the complete bracket and brake assembly and moving it over to the 14 bolt. Thats all every one else has done so i dont see why the dual piston option would be any different.
