does anyone know if the brake calipers and brackets from a new body style 2500 truck will bolt into an older 1500 series truck?

i want to do a complete brake swap from a newer hydro boost vehicle into my 03 avalanche i already have the ssbc calipers with ebc yellow stuff pads and the brakes still are terrible. will putting in just the hydro booster make a big difference.
