Default 06 Vortec Max shocks???

I'm having a tough time getting the right shocks for my ECSB Vortec Max 2WD truck. I want Bilsteins but not even GM can give me the correct part numbers for the fronts so I can cross reference them. The rears are 15935605 but they told me I had to read the code on the long gone paper sticker on the fronts. Since this truck is basically a 4WD frame C1500 the fronts should be the same as the 4WD but the rears would be shorter because my truck doesn't sit as high as the 4WD. I keep telling them that the truck is basically a 2WD SS without the SS trim but they look at me like I'm nuts. They also insist that my truck has coil springs in front but it has torsion bars. Has anybody else with this truck had this trouble getting shocks?
Thanks
Jim

The Vortec MAX sits on a 4wd Frame.

There are several options depending on how the truck was configured.

Would need to see the List of RPO codes on the tag in the glove box to try and narrow it down.

I initially used the part numbers for a regular 4WD on my C³, however later used the fitment for an SS and there was a noticeable improvement in ride and handling in my application.

The Bilstein Part Numbers are as follows:

SILVERADO SS
03-05
Front: 24-186100 (old # F4-BE5-C891-H0)
Rear: 24-186117 (old # F4-BE5-C892-H0)

SILVERADO K1500
99-06 & 07 Classic (GMT 800 Chassis)
Front: 24-065009 (old # F4-BE5-6500-H0)
Rear: 24-029056 (old # F4-BE5-2905-H1)

When looking for shocks for my 04 VHO I searched under a SS Silverado.

Fitment was perfect except on the back the shock was slightly more narrow then the lower mount. May have just been my truck but it was the only thing I noticed different or off.

I believe based on what I see this should be the Gm part numbers.

Front would be 19168455
Rear would be 15935605

Definitely Double check with a dealer before ordering...

Would anybody know what Rancho rs9000xl shocks would be used on the rear of a 2005 VHO with a 2" drop shackle?
