Default Wondering on spacer

It needs a Midplate Spacer, right? In order to hook a 5.3 to a 700r4.

+1^^^^^^^ not sure why anyone with a computer controlled vehicle with a 60E would go backwards. Just does not make sense plus the headache of dealing with the cable.
