yes the flywheel/pressure plate bolts sorry about that. And im not real sure for that clutch ive seen 15 ft-lbs + 45 degrees and ive also seen 22 ft-lbs. I honestly don't know 100% as i didnt use a centerforce but i would check the torque on it though for sure

also be careful of stripping the flywheel. use some bolts that barely protrude out of the back of the flywheel. im sure its not the "right" way to do it but i did it and it worked for me has plenty of clearance to do so.

well, the pressure plate bolts are as tight as they can be. I dont know what to do. Im thinkin the slave cylinder is faulty. But i dont have any help to check anything. The slave has a catch in it right at the end of travel that seems to be holding it back about 1/16 to 3/32 inch. But that is just compressing it by hand and letting the spring pop it back out. i have to pull it to get it to go that little bit more. But i cant check with the pedal cuz i dont have help. And you can blow the thing apart if not careful.

im not getting anywhere close to full movement from the slave cylinder. Stil lacks about 3/4 inch makin it to the end. i dropped the trans, pulled the slave out and removed the bearing and spring, made sure it was fully compressed and then press the pedal. Goes about halfway out and thats it. It moves throughout the whole pedal stroke, because i can watch it. tryin to bleed it by tilting the cylinder different ways. Nothing is helping.

I bled and bled and bled and bled some more with the slave out and held together with some big channel locks. Tilted it all different ways so air could go where it needed. Thought i got a little out, but still no go. Clutch still will not disengage fully. Ive replaced the master. Shimmed the slave, pulled the tranny twice now. Everything worked fine for a couple weeks, now nothing

id say either bad slave altogether or loose clutch/pressure plate.. did you actually check the torque on it. they may seem tight but not enough but it is an odd situation for sure

THey seemed dang tight... It seemed to be working slightly better now.. But somewhere i think im getting air in the system.. But no fluid is leaking.. IVe been doing a process where you push in the clutch pedal and let it pop back out on its own.. As well as sticking a tube in the hole in the bottom of the master cylinder and sucking. It get lots of tiny little bubbles out. And it never quits.. Like i can do it for 30 minutes, pop the pedal a couple times,, and suck fluid out,, always air bubbles.. Ive done it 4 or 5 times now for a good 20 to 30 minutes each time. Still get air bubbles. Sometimes it seems to shift better,, but sometimes doesnt quite disengage. Somewhere air must be being introduced into the system, which may explain why it worked fine in the beginning.. But i dont know where to look, because im not leaking any fluid that i can find,
