I'm doing a 4l80e swap on my 2003 4.8l with a TCI 399754 flex plate. I have a circle d LS 3600 4l80e converter. The flexplate came with what I believe is a snout extender (see picture) and I just wanted to double check that I do not need it for my application. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!

Possible we built it into the converter and you do not need it. Post a pic of the converter or let me know the part number and I can let you know. You mentioned we made it for the LS so it might have the extended LS pilot, thus no extension necessary.

Found your work order.... you have our new LS Dual billet front. We engrave "LS Dual" on the pilot. It has the extender built into billet front, you will not need the extender.

Thanks again, Chris! I really appreciate the help and customer service! And yes, LS Dual was engraved on the converter snout. Converter is in, and hopefully the truck will be on the road next weekend! Thanks again.
