simple as that... i have on back order a hurst shifter for a 2003 sierra. im not sure if the trannies are the same at all, im guessing they are cause its only 2 years difference but i figured id just make sure. so will the 03 shifter fit my 05?

btw i called hurst themselves and sat on the line for 20 mins to be told that they didnt even know if they are interchangeable so im resulting to you guys

as long as it's the NV3500 the shifter should work. Did u happen to order it from Summit b/c i know they were on backorder for a while

 

im not sure if i have the venture 3500. whatever comes in the 05's lol. where can i find this info out. im not to good at the new truck stuff... im more of a pre smog kind of guy, so to say.

edit : and yes i am still on back order from summit. since july 12th. but im in no hurry. it gives me more time to save up money for my cam.

 

If u wanted to, u coulda spent the extra 23 bucks and got it from jegs, but as soon as you get yours in let me know, then i'll order mine and hopefully not have to wait
