Question 02 camaro to 02 truck tranny

How much diffrence is there between a 02 v-6 camaro tranny to a 02 chevy silverado w/ a 4.8? . Other than the tail shaft housing and maybe the output shaft length.https://www.performancetrucks.net/fo...ewthread&f=22#

The V6s have a different bellhousing (which is part of the tranny case with the 4L60Es) so it won't work with the 4.8. Even if it did, the clutch packs are thinner and some other internal stuff is differnet because they aren't set up to handle 5000 lbs and a V8.

Or if it's a 5 speed, the input shaft is different and the same problem with weight and torque apply.
