Default NNBS Weight Reduction

I have seen a few threads lately on weight reduction but not alot on the nnbs. I am going to post up what I have removed and what each item weighed so maybe some of you nnbs guys will know more about what weighs what. Please chime in with your weight reduction items that you have trimmed away!

Factory lift blocks 7 lbs.
1 coil trimmed off of front coils 4 lbs (pair)
Overload springs 35 lbs. (pair)
Spare tire 64 lbs.
Swap to cai from factory 3 lbs.
Engine cover and foam on
intake manifold 4 lbs.
14" magnaflow, dumped 26 lbs.
Jack and tire tools 11 lbs.

My stock wheel/tire combo weighed 64 pounds each, I went to the hankook ventus rh07's and now they are 67 lbs each. thats on 275/55/17's. The swap in the exhaust, spare, and overloads were the biggies, and the easiiest. I had the intake tinkering with stuff and removed the foam pieces, engine covet and cut all the studs off the top to make it more visually appealing.

Isn't there a rule of thumb on how much ET improvement you should see based on X amount of weight you reduce?

I think its every 100 lbs is worth about a tenth in ET.

Damn these newer bodies are heavy as hell. I always heard 100 equals about .1 as well.

Since I cut one coil off my fronts, the front end was moderatly stiffer, so I pulled the sway bar tonight, still handles great, softened the ride a bit up front and dropped 17 lbs. I also pulled the extra battery tray that is not being used, another 3 lbs...lol . All together I have trimmed somewhere around 180 lbs.
