Has anyone done this? I would like this seat in my rig and still be able to switch in my comfy power/leather seat

I spent some money on some large 5-6" tall but 2" wide aluminum and weld that to the bottom of the seat... I use the same front studs and rear bolts the truck came with to mount the seats... so yes its very easy to remove and install them.... not the best pic but you get the idea

the seats are very short and flat... you dont realize that till you own a set and cant even see over the dash !... so this was my fix to make them tall enough so i can see over the dash.. mine are fixed and dont move... they make a "sport seat" they are a bit better for street driving... mine is light and i like them but recently messed with sport seats and they are pretty nice to sit in !

 

Ill have to check em out. Im 6'2" so maybe I could get away with it but I do know the are super low and will have to either buikd a cage or figure something out for the harness
