No, that is not a question. The 3/8 line will always be at zero pressure, it's on the outlet of the regulator. If there's pressure in that hose, I will need to pull the ejector seat handle.
This line will never flow as much with the engine running as it did in my test yesterday, all pumps running and no fuel coming out of the injectors. So in my test, my regulator was bypassing 1750? hp worth of fuel according to the chart in the sticky. At WOT in my truck, my imaginary Dyno says that 750 HP of that fuel is being diverted away from the regulator, into the engine. So my theory is that the regulator will only need to bypass 1000? HP worth of fuel, and hopefully have no problem doing that.

That's what my original question was.

Why 3? You aren't using anywhere close to 1500lph
It's probably more like half that after looking at the chart again.

But it is a question. The regulator may bypass more then a 3/8 can handle esp given your pumps.

Each pump has its own fuse, I can unplug them one at a time if I need to.

Why are you using the densos? I am curious because I am the only other person I can think of that used them and they basically sucked. Replaced with 2 walbro400s and had a way better time.

Was it output or longevity that sucked?
