Default Surge tank

has anyone been successful or tried converting a 1 gallon or 3 gallon RCI aluminum fuel cell into a surge tank???

the idea that I had was to shove 2 Walbro in it and have the stock pump feed the cell.. Just curious if any one has used these particular pieces.. I have ran across the home made surge tank and the expensive nuke and radon or whatever its called tanks... nice pieces for sure...

wow that radium tank is only 1.5 liters... guess my 3 gallon tank idea is overkill!!!

this stand alone cell is what used on my mach and now comet for the sauce...its based off the rci one gallon

inside of it is a 190lph pump.. I think it can work.. not this pump but surge tank based off and RCI cell... not to mention for a 1/4 of the cost of those other tanks..

I was just seeing anyone had tried it before.
