Default Return conversion question.

You guys see any issue with the way I have my bulkhead return line setup?
. I can put I hose on it if it's really necessary.

I suggest plumbing it to the factory return port that will utilize the Venturi in the bottom of the bucket. What year is this on and what fuel pump or pumps?

Here is an older pic of what I mean.

Plumb it as I have shown, then remove the Venturi and open it up a bit. Here is how to remove it.

The top hole is the one that gets opened up. It doesn't have to be anything crazy but I forget how much. Next time I have my bucket out I need to measure mine.

You only have to do this if you are running a larger pump as a primary. I have two 450's and granted only one runs at idle but it was enough that the venturi couldn't pass enough fuel and causes my idle pressure to no be able to drop low enough. With it opened up I can turn idle pressure down to regulator min. If you are running a 255lph pump or similar you will not need to do this.
