Default Fast fuel rails on factory manifold

Who has done it? I know some brackets will need to be made... just not sure what they will look like and if it's worth the effort. I already have the rails.

What year model intake? These arent Fast rails but ive used these kits on many stock 99-06 intakes and works very well.
