Default Racetronix

Has anyone had any experience with Racetronix? I have been having a poor experience cominicating with them since the only way is via email. I have sent approximately 6 emails over the last week or so, and have only received 2 responses. I'm spending $400+ and trying to ensure I'm getting the right parts. Now, the parts are on the way, and I'm not sure that my order is correct. My order included an upgraded part # that is not on their website and they bill for it separately from the original order. I have not been billed and the order has shipped. I have asked twice now for a local dealer to speak to since that is what Racetronix recommends. I have received no response. I'm getting a little annoyed at this point because one phone conversation could have avoided this ****! Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
John

I never had to communicate with them, so telling you that I've ordered several times with no problems is probably no help to you.

Well, the order arrived today, and no surprise, they sent the wrong part. I figured that was going to be the case. However, after I sent a pissed off email to them, someone finally called me. Unfortunately, I missed the call and will now have to wait till Monday to call them back. At least I have a phone number and a person I can talk to now. This all could have been avoided if they offered more than just email as their means to ommunicate, or responded to emails in a timely manner! Having a contact phone number would be a novel idea! This whole ordeal baffels me when customer service is so important. Just my rant as I needed to vent.

I hate the fact that they only have an email as a means to communicate. Sent 2 emails asking details about a part and never heard from them. A phone number would be nice. I do have to say all my orders have been filled with what I actually ordered.

I just needed some info from them, but never could get what I needed to know, then I put a post up on a site, and even though they didn't have a phone #, they posted a response bashing me, sooooo, needless to say, I didn't buy from them, and although I really wanted to, they can just go out of business as far as I am concerned.

Racetronix has great parts but sometimes the disconnect between the customer and their customer service via email can be irritating.

If you have any questions or issues with racetronix parts etc, please email me directly. i can take care of most questions and build custom fuel kits as well for nearly any setup.

Rpmspeedtech@gmail.com

Op please let me know exactly what issues you have and we will try to get it taken care of. We stock many kits and adapt them as well.

I wanted to follow up on my previous posts, along with my experience with Racetronix. Once I had a phone number and was able to speak to someone, I got the technical answers I needed and my issues were corrected. All of this could have been avoided if that was the case when I was originally placing my order. The gentlemen I talked to (Rob) was helpful and straightened everything out for me. I believe that Racetronix is a good company with good products, but they need to add phone sales & service, along with more personnel to up their customer service game. It's was obvious to me that the employees have their hands full. I was actually even offered a job by Rob, jokingly. I told him the commute to Canada was a little much, otherwise I would have considered his offer.

RPMSpeed Tech, thanks for the offer. I will keep you in mind for the future.

I ordered a lot from them last month. I was confused on the website and didn't know a vendor that would be able to help, so I forget where, but I found their phone number and called. Very happy with the service and product once I did that.

We are definitely a vendor for them and are going to start keeping the truck stuff on hand.
That way no waiting on shipping and easy to contact for customer service.
