Default Odd Fuel Rail pressure sensor issue/reading BOoosted

I am having an issue where I am getting a poor reading off my fuel rail sensor. It is fluctuating up and down as much as 8 psi, around what I imagine is the actually pressure. A few times sometimes it drops drops down to 60 psi which is my base pressure. This is a boosted application with a 1:1 regulator.

Fuel system is:

large tank with high volume pump topping off surge tank. -8 line feeding AEM 50-1005 pump pushing through a summit 10 micron filter up the the engine bay where there is a Aeromotive A1000 regulator, feeding a 2007+ stock truck rail and I am reading the fuel pressure test port on this rail (other side of the cross over from in feed)
Sensor is a $30 unit 0-100 psi from Amazon 0-5 volt that read very accurately when bench tested.

I am feeding this signal into the stock computer through the fuel tank pressure sensor pin and using hp tuners. I am polling this sensor at 10 HZ ( as fast as I can)

I talked to an electrical engine at work and he had a theory but I would like you guys to give input before I share.

I can post up a data log later tonight!
