Default NNBS (non flex)Walbro install ???

Trying to help a friend and the bucket and set up is very different from my own walbro install. Any advice and or pics of this mod would be great. I will post our mods when they are done.
THANKS!

It appears to me that the built in regulator in that dark grey piece above the pump needs to fit the pump outlet and the walbro outlet is to small. Looks like a no go without doing away with that regulator and mounting an external one. Any help or ideas...

Im looking into doing a diesel sump at the bottom rear of my tank, then running a inline pump mounted on the frame rail off a pressure switch. This way I wont have to hack or redo anything with the stock pump and bucket assembly, and out of boost I can keep the drivibility of the stock system.

Yes and yes. I have a few posts on the NNBS fuel systems. A walbro pump will not work. Even though you are not flex fuel, you should still have a FPCM controling the pump. A walbro will not work pulse modulated like the NNBS systems are. It will burn up under low voltage.

Infinite. The 04+ bucket is the easiest bucket to work with in the world. Any pump will fit and the Walbro 450 drops in like it was designed for it.

The 450 overpowers the factory intank regulator on a non return setup.
