Yea we’ll its the pump I have in my garage, heard nothing hit great things (e85 compatible 450) and I don’t want to be limited if I wanted to go higher boost later down the line. I’d rather have it done once and not tear Into the tank multiple times if I don’t need to And not max out pumps. So you guys just sell the module with pump in it? Not without pump?

My truck is already flex fuel stock. Boost a pump will work on flex fuel pumps even if it’s driven from pulse width from the fpcm? How would my stock flex pump work with a boost a pump with a return setup on e85 boosted?

The 5th Gen Camaro guys use the JMS and MSD BAPs with their FPCM equipped cars. I don't think you can do a return set up with regulator and keep the FPCM. It seems like you would regulating fuel pressure twice, once via PW oh the pump and then again mechanically with a regulator.

The 525 hellcat pump is really made to be used with a controller and are really untested on regular setups. Running a bap is a bandaid and not recommended. Keeping it as simple as possible is better.
We will sell the pumps separately, but the main issue there is the in tank harness style. Every module, even diff gm revisions or updates plus aftermarket can use a different style connection so we could not guarantee they would be an exact fit. Cutting and splicing is an option but not a very good one.
As far ad the dbw returnless setups from 04-07.5 there are roughly 4 different module styles for the trucks, 3 if you dont count the flex fuel based off tank size which is proportional to bed size usually. If youre looking for an option there, we would just need that info and a few days and youd have a new module with pump installed ready to go basically.
Other pumps from other companies can be an issue. Especially if not bought from reputable places like DW AEM etc. Some dont list the fuel curves also so thats an issue. I cannot guarantee how those will work and too many on Ebay and Amazon are sold as the real deal when in fact they arent. You definitely cant tell there either because theyll have all the same engravings and markings but either output or service life is definitely not on par.

Yea I’m not worried about the durability of this pump. I’ve installed them in custom fuel cells personally in cars and trucks with way more power and they’ve held up just fine exact same pump. Like I said I’m not worried if I have to buy the whole pump and kit if it’s easier and plug and play. But my truck is a 2008. what can you do for the people that run gen 4 nnbs trucks? From what it sounds like it’s not much and I’m stuck with using a bap and stock pump? I’ve seen on this site people run return style setups with these pumps even bigger and multiple at once or on switches. So there’s a way. People boost gen 4 trucks all day long

Some gmt900 trucks dont have fscm/fpcm also. Youll want to check that first.
The flex fuel module handles quite a bit of power and the fscm can be turned up to put out more duty cycle and increase pressure as well. Or decrease. Seems like quite a few places either cant or wont tune them right then use BAP as bandaids. Not saying you but shops i mean.
I will look into what it takes. Itll likely be some time next week.
