Default Inline Fuel Pumps

I am running into issues I've never had before.
My setup includes a 22 gallon fuel cell with a sump. Brand new setup by the way.
The Cell had 1/2" NPT outlets (2) that i used 1/2"NPT to -8AN adapters (No Teflon tape- Used Gasoila thread sealant (sparingly - I've seen what too much will do in other applications) for Gas/Oil Applications) and ran -8 Pushlok hose to the fuel pumps, -8 from pumps to filter, and -8 to the rail with a -6 return.

Using Dual Walbro 255 inlines (GSL392) wired up with 10ga Wire for Power and Ground.
For now i only have the PCM (2002 LS1B PCM) triggering one pump till i put some miles on the turbo setup. (12.3 Volts to the pump, key on, engine off- 0.4 Ohms from ground post to battery negative).
I used the 75# injectors that come with the engine i bought, It would crank but missed so i put new plugs, wires, and coils on it. Same thing. The system primed up with only a few tries on the initial start.
Found a set of my old FIC 80# Bosch injectors and put them in. It ran worse, like one was sticking open or something. (Sending all my injectors to Derr to get cleaned and flow tested once i figure out what is going on)

So i just wrote that off as old and dirty injectors.
Borrowed a set of stock 24-25# truck injectors and put all that factory data in the PCM and it cranks and ran way better (still not perfect) till i ran out of gas (only had 2 gallons from the start in the cell)
Put 5 gallons of gas in and now it will only sputter. Put a gauge on the rail and it was only showing 25-30 PSI (2002 Truck Fuel rail-return style).
I turned on the 2nd pump and it only went up to 35psi..

Put a new fuel filter (WIX 33528) on just for the heck of it and now i cant even get any pressure.
Pulled the fuel pumps and get PLENTY of flow from the cell to the pump inlets
Connected hoses back to the pump inlets, Took the hose off the pump outlets and turned them on... No flow at all. not even a drip.

Walbro pumps already dead??
Going to take the pumps inside and check them out this weekend and see if they will flow mineral spirits or something?
Ordered new pumps and 40 micron prefilters just to see what happens.

Ive never had a Walbro die on me. These were sold on Amazon from Walbro.
I contacted TI Automotive since they are the manufacture of the Walbro pumps to see what they suggest.

Any Ideas, suggestions, advice??

Just for kicks, you do have an openly free vent on the fuel cell, correct? Ive seen the vent not breathe before and once the pump pulls fuel, then it will lock the flow from the cell.

Found a piece of trash in one pump inlets.
Put the new prefilters on and still no flow from one of the old pumps, guess it got something in it too.
New pump works great now tho. Lesson learned!!
$20 pre filter saves a $100 pump even though it was on a new fuel cell that i thought was clean inside.
