Default fuel system upgrade for boost 03 silverado return system

Looking for some insite. I Have an 2003 Silverado SS D1SC approx 14 psi boost/3600 stall/FLT lvl 7/etc.. and other supporting mods. Currently have a single Walbro 255lph pump in tank and need to upgrade. First looked at the 450LPH pump but see some posts saying there are problems with stock fuel line size/stock regulator, etc... Are there any recommendations on how to properly upgrade my fuel system to supply the fuel I need? Thanks.

Im kind of in the same boat man, been looking around gathering information.

So far what ive gathered is its best to run -8 and -8 lines, maybe a racetronix hot wire kit to keep the amps up on the pump. as for regulator i think a man should ditch the stock one and upgrade, looks like everyone is running aeromotive but i can seem to find one that has -8 inlets/return.. as for the pump ive only been able to find e85 450s i dont know if they make one for pump gas or not. i think i might go with a 400, looks like they are good up to 800 rwhp maybe more lol..

but thats all i have found i would like to know more also.

A e85 walbro 450 works just fine on gas. That's what I have also.

Might be able to get away with an AEM320. Anything more and you will need a better fpr and probably fuel lines.
