The AEM 320 seems like a better deal to me. I have heard that the stealth doesn't have a very good fitting and can sometimes blow off the fuel line.

The guys at aeromotive told me if I ran the pump using the corvette filter I would ruin the pump because of the built in regulator not flowing enough fuel.

Why not just a walbro 255 or 450?

Being it's a 2000 and return system, you should have a manifold referenced FPR. If you don't plan to upgrade the FPR or engine past 500rwhp, I would consider using a 255 since the 450 is known to overpower the stock FPR.

I'm using a NNBS intake with the returnless square rails and a corvette fuel filter.

I'm pretty sure my 383 is at close to, or just above 500hp

A Walbro 255 may be cutting it close than. A single 450 will get you there with plenty of room to spare. I just installed one in my 2000 bucket, fit pretty good.

I think I'll take the chance and buy the 450 and a new vette filter and see what happens. I really need to get aftermarket rails and build my own system this winter.
