+1 on the walbro 400, got mine for like $100 on ebay too, takes minor mods to put it in the stock bucket

Just make sure you get high pressure EFI fuel line, the hose included with my pump was too short and the stupid autozone people gave me the wrong hose and had it blow off in the tank.

You guys with modified have any issues w starvation when you are low on gas? I'm about to install a 320 on the stock bucket and been hearing some starvation issues under quick take offs

I run mine until the light comes on every tank. I have been doing that for 1.5 years with no issues. Mine is a 2004 bucket thou.

Did you have to cut a hole in the bottom of the bucket for the inlet and sock? I think that's what most are doing. I never seen the bucket so I'll have to find out when I'm in there.

From reading around I gathered hard launches under a 1/4 tank are risky b/c of fuel starvation

Yeah I had to cut a hole for the sock to stick through aswell

I dont even do that on my stock tank/bucket on below 1/4 regardless...well see how the 2008 tank on a SUV is...
