Fpr regulator for boost?

Hey going return setup on my nnbs truck. Can I run a boosted setup on a c5 return filter and regulator setup? I know I have to reference the injectors for boost but is it possible to do it with that setup and stock rails or do I need a boost reference regulator and aftermarket rails?i have Holley rails but wanted to save for a big project Thanks

Do not use the vette filter/reg on that. Get a real regulator and real rails.

Fair enough thank you. Any advice on brand?

I like aeromotive personally, but anything not a Chinese knock off would be fine.

My Fuelab has worked great also.

You guys have any pics of your set ups or locations? Was thinging near the throttle body but then also I like the look on the firewall but want to run little hose as possible

You going to run a new feed and make your old feed a return? I'm doing my rails and injectors right now and mounting mine to the firewall, cleaner look. The crossover runs under the TB and all lines are routed at the firewall.

A regulator mounted to the firewall is not NHRA approved.

it's rather easy to make a small bracket to mount it to the side of the master cylinder... it also makes a good path for the return to travel down the frame rail.

I made a bracket and mounted mine off the master cylinder stud. Very clean and easily accessible.

What I’m doing is using an aeromotive FPR for my setup. It’s a tbss intake which is returnless, but the way I have it setup, the stock lines will plug straight into the FPR, and the FPR will plug straight into the fuel rail. I’ll post a pic tonight of it.
