Where can I find that fitting that you put in place of the stock FPR on the 99-03 return setups.

also how should i route the aftermarket FPR.

To your original question, I'm not sure. However to aid in your search, 2004 is a returnless system so limit it to 03 and below.

You have to have one made... I attached a pic of the dimensions someone on the forum(I forget who) did up to have one machined out of aluminum for there's. You could have it made to have threads in the bypass and use an adapter to mount the aftermarket FPR right on this bypass and block off the factory return on the rail. I think that'd be easy to do. I also attached a picture of one I rendered in autoCAD which I wish I had a 3D printer, and could get it made out of some nylon I think it'd work fine and be cheap. Route the FPR after the rails somehow..

The block off plate i bought from magnuson, i paid around 25.00 shipped a few months ago for the plate/screws and an oring.

The plate was really used for a vette supercharger that didn't have an intercooler and you send it back to get the intercooler added. The plate was for you to block the fpr hole for shipping purposes so gas doesn't leak out.

I don't have much time in the am but later on ill try to get you the part # if needed.

Routing, feed the right rear fuel rail. The left rear rail you connect the regulator and the return to. Its a pretty easy setup to run.

Just an FYI... do not put Teflon tape or sealer on AN fittings.
