Default I'm stumped. 1650cc fic horrible.

Bought these injectors, got the data, tried them at 58psi, and at 43.5, they just run like ****. My tune was pretty solid stock injectors. Turned minimum fuel down in transients to .008. I'm honestly stumped and would appreciate any input. I'm trying to learn to tune myself and I'm just frustrated at this point. Truck has aftermarket rails, return style fuel system. Oh, they're fuel injector connection. Bought them used but they were cleaned and inspected with paperwork when I got them.

start by setting up in the tune per all the tabs across the bottom of the excel file, first thing i opened on your tune was flow rate vs kpa , which is set 158 across the entire table, click on the IFR tab, find whatever table you need, and copy the info in. do same for offset and short pulse adder.
what ecm are you using?

It's an 03 4.8 that I'll be turboing. I've already entered all of the included data. Set my IFR correct and tried turning down the one section of transient fuel. It's a p59 ecm. DBW. I put the SD OS in and the IFR can handle that big of a injectors.

You do have to re-tune the VE (and MAF if used) table. Same issue when I upgraded my injectors.

I agree,

If you put those injectors in and didn’t fix your VE table, chances are it’s running fat as hell.

Gotcha. I was just unsure because there are some guys that preach that if you plug in the data it should fire up and be exactly as it was. I did try cutting my idle down SIGNIFICANTLY and it still was stupid rich. As in cut it down more than 50% where the smallest cells were single digit

Pull 10% from the entire VE, see if it goes from -30% to way less.

If you have a regulated return style fuel system, you'll need to make changes to the injector offset that they provide. Since the fuel pressure regulator decreases fuel pressure in vacuum, the pressure axis on the injector offset table is unnecessary. Pressure delta never changes so long as the regulator is working. Copy the 0 vacuum column into all the other columns.

You're idling at 40kpa of vacuum and 13.5v, putting you at an offset of 1.08ms. The correct value is in the 0 column at 1.03ms. 0.05ms gives you an extra 1mg of fuel which might not seem like a lot, but it is when you only need 3.6mg of fuel in the cylinder.

So you're saying for this table I need to copy everything from the 0 kpa column to the rest of the table? I saw where I guess I messed up on the short pulse adder table as ffdp stated.
