Default E85 conversion?

Been tossing around the idea to just go e85 instead of meth for my 6.0l turbo set-up. Getting closer and need to start gathering parts, so the question is what all do I need to get this going? I am hoping to be in the 600hp range what injectors should I look into? Fuel lines need to be upgraded? Fuel pump? Re-tune? What else....? Thanks

Do not know much about this so a point in the right direction would be appreciated, or a good write-up if one exists.

With e85 you just need a little more injector and fuel pump. So I would go with some 80# injectors and maybe a little bigger pump.

What would 80lbrs be able to support In terms of HP?

I just did a quick calculation and figured 80# injectors would support ~650hp at the crank at 80% IDC on e85

They would indeed support your goal's, "Alpinestar" you math well. Do you plan on running new lines or using the existing stock lines?

Most likely upgrade the lines they are probably due since the truck is an 88.

Thanks Alpine! Also what HP level would 80lbers cap off at? Just so I have an estimate.

i just maxed my 80#ers out on e85 i would est. they can take you to around 650ish whp at 100% + duty cycle . they took me to 15 psi ish on my camed 6.0 b4 i saw 100% dc. im running dual walbros right now dont know how much farther they will take me. if you are going to do a single pump i would recommend at least a walbro 400 at minimum . i upgraded to the new bosch 126# injectors from fuel injection connection , good stuff.
