Depending on boost, at about 80psi total pressure (so 58psi base + 22psi of boost) 2x 450s at 13.5v flow about 650L/hr so I really doubt that is your issue. It wouldnt be an erratic thing either, it would just be a constant pressure loss.

Update after doing some testing,

Primary pump by itself, MUCH worse, wont hold pressure at any more then 50% throttle.

Secondary pump by itself, little better, pressure still drops under any kind of positive manifold pressure.

Both pumps wired on all the time, Problem seems to have gone away. held pressure and AFR's were rock steady.

Looks like I will be buying two new pumps next.

Ok so before my new pumps get here on Friday and I go about swapping them I want to ask about the stock Venturi setup.

as of right now I just have the return dumping into the bottom of the bucket, I have seen some guys attach the return line to the stock Venturi port in the bucket and enlarge the hole a bit.

Would this be beneficial to do while I have the bucket out again?

That is fine. You can fill the bucket with the return line, or make a pump bleed on the pressure side to fill it, doesnt really matter. I have my return line dumping right on my pumps.

Yes it would be, the Venturi helps pull fuel from outside the bucket to fill it also. It fills the bucket faster than just dumping the fuel back onto the pumps. If you have a spare pump you can test this theory on a bench, just use a bucket to simulate a tank.

It says “submersible corporation” on the line.

They may want to rethink their profession choices.
