I've got the bed off my 07.5 GMT900 4.8 (non-FLEX) returnless system right now to do a pump upgrade. I am running 13psi boost on a 72mm turbo and 88lb injectors. Pressure is dropping to 26psi on boost.

I have a walbro 450 in hand and the fuel bucket all apart. I would really love to hear more detail on how you did this with the stock bucket, filter, pressure relief valve, and stock venturi system. I am not hell bent on making use of all the stock parts, but I just dont want to have to keep at least 1/4 tank of fuel so that I dont have fuel slosh issues. Its a big tank, 34 gal and the last thing I want is starvation the minute all the fuel washes to the back of the tank on a hill or during hard acceleration.

I see so many write-ups but it seems to me like lots of guys are just living with the 1/4=E thing and thats not very appealing to me. Aside from the stock pump not being able to support my HP, I have never had any fuel slosh issues and I'd like to keep it that way.
