Use E50 instead of E85.

Why? After everything he has changed I doubt upgrading the fuel system some more is a concern enough to warrant the PITA of mixing fuel all the time.

More headroom with no other changes and equal knock suppression to e85. And it's not a pita to mix, 1 part e85 to 1 part gas, easy.

A lot of Ford's use 3pumps
Look into a company named Fore as they make custom fuel hats for vehicles

We 1053rwhp on e85 thru a th400
-8 feed -8 return
Bosch 160s
Magnafuel 625 pump
44 base
IM not a fan of high base pressure you're better off at a lower base

One thing to inspect is pump voltage

So that's how it works huh. Seems to me 50/50 would be E47.5?

You can't arque the simplicity of running one or the other.

Fyi- I can't type with sarcasm, I am just giving you a hard time don't read into it.

And most e85 round here is about 70-75% anyways, so make adjustments there also.

Street truck, fuel cell is race truck stuff! Thanks for the help Atomic, I actually don't have a recent log as my computer broke at the track and I was on a borrowed setup.

I'm thinkin it would be easiest to go to Bosch 160s and run a base of around 40psi. That would cover up to 25psi and the walbros still flow pretty good at 65.

Yep, or you could run c16 and have 1400hp worth of fuel on the hardware you have.
