Default 2013 6.2L Yukon - Procharged and out of fuel

I've read just about every thread here and still have a few questions please -

I have a Procharged 2013 Yukon that makes ~500rwhp at 9# boost with FIC 1000cc injectors - and I am completely out of fuel at the top of a pull (dropping to ~40#). Ive had two tuners look at it and they agree its just out of fuel, and have recommended different solutions for adding more. The local (well respected) shop Ive used lately is recommending tapping into the back of the tank and running and external pump plumbed back into the factory fuel system, which they guarantee will provide as much fuel as I could need for any future upgrades. I also am reading many of the threads here are recommending upgrading the in-tank fuel system, with variations of Walbro 450 single and dual setups, with success up to 7-800 hp.

I am wanting to upgrade a couple of items (more boost, full exhaust, and a boost-friendly cam) with the intent of finding somewhere in the neighborhood of 700rwhp. Given the experience many of you have already had with similar expectations, could I please get some thoughts on what the most appropriate fuel upgrades might be?

Thank you guys very much in advance -

If you do the 450 why not upgrade to the 525lph hellcat? Should be more than enough for your goals. Is your Yukon flex fuel? If so you will be interested in a write up im doing with 11-14 FF buckets and hellcat pump.

Get a drop in dual or triple pump setup and a hot wire kit to feed them. I would also add a boost ref regulator. Helps with tuning. What it the fuel pressure at now?

I don't read about people on this forum cutting into their tanks for a rear supply anymore. It used to be popular and guys said that their setup didn't leak. Mine leaked, I advise against it.

I used a KB BAP. After I installed it my FP only dropped to about 50 when I was at 14psi.

I still have it on the truck with no issues.

Before the BAP, I was dropping into the 30s.

the potential for leaking is exactly why I won't build a second fuel system with a tank penetration

My apologies guys, I stepped away from this thread over the holidays and am just now realizing there were replies! Thanks everyone for the responses -

RySmDPT14 - Yes my yukon is FF, I'll go check out your post, thanks!

2Fast4U - I'd love to have something as simple as what you're describing, can you please recommend the setups I should be looking at? I would really appreciate it. At 6K rpm and 9 lbs boost, my fuel is flatlining at ~40 lbs.

MikeGyver - That's what I'm afraid of, seems a bandaid instead of a real solution.

MadMann26 - BAP yeah? If it is possibly that easy then I'm interested, going to go read up now. What year and setup are you using it on?
