Default 2003 1500 HD Very Strange Pump Housing!

I am getting ready to install a larger fuel pump in my 2003 6.0, and am trying to figure out which style housing I have (TCF or TCU).
I got under the truck to take a picture of the pump housing, and I found something very strange.

My Pump housing does have 2 electrical terminals for the Pump and EVAP system.
However only one terminal is hooked up?

Has anyone else ran into this with a HD truck?

VIN: 1GTGK13U63F178400

That's the tank pressure sensor that's unplugged.

I've put about 10k miles on the truck since owning it. Have not messed with the fuel pump at all.

Why would it be unplugged? I didn't see another connector that would plug into it.

Also didn't think this model truck had a pressure sensor.

I wonder if they get to skimp on things because it's a heavy half ton. In reality it's a 2500 truck they just call a 1500HD.
